Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born 17th October, 1992) is an acclaimed Indian actress. Keerthy appears in Tamil films and Telugu movies, along with a handful of Malayalam. She won the National Film Award in Best Actress category for her role as actress Savitri. Additionally, she was awarded three SIIMA Awards as well as the Filmfare Award South. Keerthy, the daughter of Menaka G. Suresh and film producer G. Suresh Kumar is an aspiring actress. She started her career as a child actress at the beginning of 2000 and was back in films following her studies of fashion design. She played her first major role in Geethaanjali (2013) which was which was a Malayalam feature film. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy has signed her first Tamil projects in the year 2015. She then began to accept projects outside of Malayalam. Even though the film was not a success at the box office the film she made her debut in is A. L. Vijay's romantic-comedy Idhu Enna Maayam (2005), which she starred in opposite Vikramprabhu. A busy schedule during 2015 resulted in her having to opt out of films that she was developing, like Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye as well as Deekay's Kavalai Vendam in order to accommodate bigger projects. Then, she worked on Rajini's Remo in two quick film. Also, Dhanush and she played the lead roles in Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. The release of the film was delayed in 2015 and now is expected to take place after September of 2020. It'll have an alternative title Janakitho Nenu. The debut film came out as Nenu Sailaja in 2016 featuring actress Ram Pothineni. Keerthy debuted in Bairavaa (directed by Bharathan) with actor Vijay.
